Taylored Automotive Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent, boutique automotive business based in Thebarton, South Australia. We offer vehicle consignment, brokerage, pre-owned car sales, and secure storage services. All services and information provided are subject to the terms below.

• All appointments are conducted at our secure location by prior arrangement only.
   

• Vehicles placed on consignment with Taylored Automotive Solutions must meet our minimum quality and mechanical standards.
   
• A separate consignment agreement will outline the agreed price range, fees, marketing strategy, and responsibilities of both parties.
   
• We may recommend services (e.g. detailing, repairs, storage) to improve sale potential; these may incur additional costs.
   

• Our secure underground storage facility is available for consignment vehicles and approved private storage.
   
• Storage fees, access conditions, and security protocols will be outlined in a separate storage agreement.
   
• Taylored Automotive Solutions is not liable for loss or damage resulting from unforeseen events outside our control (e.g. natural disasters, third-party breaches), although all reasonable precautions are taken.
   

• All vehicles are sold with a 3-month/5000km comprehensive warranty unless otherwise stated.
   
• Extended warranty options are available upon request.
   
• Our sales practices comply with the Australian Consumer Law, including your rights to a refund, repair, or replacement in the event of a major fault.
   

• We work with third-party finance brokers and lenders to offer finance options to our clients.
   
• Finance approvals are subject to the terms and conditions of the finance provider and are not guaranteed by Taylored Automotive Solutions.
   
• We are not responsible for the outcome of any finance application.
   

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taylored Automotive Solutions disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use of this website or our services, unless resulting from our proven negligence or breach of statutory duty.
